we had a fine show tonight at McMurphy's, and raised a proper toast in honor of Ian. With the first Friday of next month coinciding with Labor Day weekend, we've decided to take a break and will return for the first Friday of October. In the meantime, be well...

Things change
For those of you who haven't heard yet, Ian passed away yesterday
afternoon. He had had a heart attack early Friday morning and then went
into a coma. A funeral will be held for him this Friday at 10AM in
Sylmar, please email me if you want directions/details.

Ian had been my music partner for fifteen years, without him we probably
would never have formed Highland Sun.
